Anyway, just wanted to warn folks about our experience. Their showroom is beautiful. The salespeople are kind and generally informed and their prices appear fair.
That's where the good stuff ends. Once they had our money, here's the rest of our ordeal:
- No delivery phone call for when the TV was scheduled for arrival
- We called them to find out when it would arrive and they had no record of the order!
- We get a call promising delivery from a delivery company for the next day (not Pacific Sales)
- We get a call the the following day (the supposed day of delivery) saying they don't even have any TVs in stock
- They tell us to call customer service
- We call customer service
- They tell us to call our sales rep and say the earliest delivery is in 3 days
- We call our sales rep
- Sales rep jerks us around for a few hours saying that he's calling the rep for the TV company and the warehouse hasn't gotten any units out
- We ask to cancel the order
In short avoid Pacific Sales like the plague.
